​Mod Muse is based in the United States and all prices are in USD ($). We accept all major credit cards.

Orders typically require 3-5 business days to process before shipping, except for handmade orders, which may take up to 4 weeks as specified in the product description.

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address provided at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information and a confirmation of shipment.

Delivery times are provided as a guideline.

Mod Muse is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed mail.  Once your package has shipped it is in the care of USPS and all following action will need to be taken with your local post office. Filing a missing mail inquiry is the quickest way to recover a package.
